Disney Frozen Aquabeads Playset

Posted on August 2, 2016 by jenny

The weather has taken a turn for the worse so I’m really grateful we have been sent some lovely toys and games to review. Today I’m going to share the new Disney Frozen Aquabeads Playset. This is a fun set that lets you create your favourite Frozen characters including Elsa, Anna, and Olaf.

Aquabeads are really fun and something my 4 and 6 year old love to play with. Simply select a design template, place the layout tray over the template and create your design. When you’ve finished, spray with water and the beads will magically stick together.

This set contains over 900 classic and jewel beads in 14 colours, a handy bead storage case with inbuilt design table, water sprayer, layout tray, bead pen, 4 design templates, and instructions.

We have enough layout trays that both children could pick a design and make it. They had fun setting up the bead tray and getting to work.

They both enjoy this kind of craft activity and the bead pen makes it really easy for them to pick up the coloured bead they need. They both made a design before breakfast, then sprayed them with water and left them to dry.

The finished designs are really pretty and they were proud of their creations.

The Disney Frozen Aquabeads Playset is aimed at 4+ years. It costs around £15-20 and is available from Amazon and all good toy shops.

My daughter absolutely loved Aquabeads when she was younger. And I must admit, I used to get great joy from ironing the pictures to set them solid after she’d completed her masterpieces. Tx

I think you mean Hama beads, Aquabeads stick together with water so no need to get the iron out!

I remember Aqua beads they sure do take me back to countless babysitting jobs and the kiddies absolutely loved these! Some things never change.
