Our family love to play board games. I’m a firm believer that board games are not only fun but educational too and a great way to spend time together. Our latest #gifted game from the Blogger Board Game Club was Slide: Quest.

Blogger Board Game Club: Slide Quest

The idea behind Slide: Quest is that the bad guys have taken over the beautiful kingdom in Slide Quest, and it’s in total chaos! You have to save the world and quickly! Work together to guide this brave, rolling knight through this turbulent adventure that is lined with twists and traps!

We are used to playing games where you try to win against your opponents. Slide: Quest is completely different, in that you work together to win the game.

It’s easy to set up, working your way through the different boards, trying to move your knight by jiggling the board. It took lots of attempts as there are various holes and obstructions to move around. As you progress through the levels there are more holes and more obstructions, so teamwork becomes more and more important!

We thought Slide: Quest had a nice story and was a bit different to other games we enjoy playing. We liked that it was easy to set up and involved the whole family, it definitely keeps you on your toes!
