We’re so lucky as there are plenty of films we want to catch over the Easter holidays (now just 2 weeks away!). As well as the new and re-booted Beauty and the Beast we are looking forward to Smurfs: The Lost Village.
Smurfette (Demi Lovato), Brainy (Danny Pudi), Clumsy (Jack McBrayer) and Hefty (Joe Manganiello) use a special map that guides them through the Forbidden Forest, an enchanted wonderland that’s filled with magical creatures. The best friends must race against time and the evil wizard Gargamel (Rainn Wilson) to find a mysterious village. Their adventure leads them on a course to discover the biggest secret in Smurf history.
The Smurfs House from Schleich
Fans of the Smurfs will love Schleich’s cute, collectable range which is the perfect way to recreate the blockbuster movie at home. The range includes The Smurfs House with 2 figurines (20803), The Smurfs Movie Set 1, The Smurfs Movie Set 2 and The Smurfs Movie Set 3, as well as the most memorable characters from The Lost Village.
We received The Smurfs House with 2 figurines to review. This is a sweet little set which requires a little building. The playset contains a large Smurf house, Papa Smurf and Gargamel with his loyal cat Azrael. In the film Papa Smurf protects his fabulous house against the evil Gargamel using all sorts of magic.
We have always loved Schleich toys and this is a lovely addition to the range. There is a great level of detail and the house is perfect for small world play. My children love Papa Smurf and the characters are all very realistic.
Schleich figures are all about imaginative play and children’s imaginations are instantly inspired by these Smurfs figures. Children can play imaginatively with Smurfs on their own, or combine them with their other favourite toys for even more fun. These movie sets will be a must-have for film-goers and Smurfs collectors alike.

The Smurfs House costs £27.99 and is perfect for ages 3 and over. You can see the full collection at www.schleich-s.co.uk
