Last week was busy and just a little exhausting. The weather was super hot and I went into London twice for Press events. I also sang in our choirs Summer concert, so I felt like a sticky mess most of the week. I went into London for the Hobbycraft AW17 press show at Make Drink and Do, as well as the Tesco and dotcomgiftshop Christmas press shows. Happy Monday! Time for my weekly Monday happy things, sharing the five things which have made me happiest in the previous week. Last week was good although it started off with my son having two days off school with tummy ache. This seems to be a long term problem and I was happy that the Doctor finally gave him a referral to the Hospital. It’s never nice seeing your child in pain and he’s had a lot of time off school this year. I’m hoping this will be the start of sorting him out. Luckily he went back to school…

This week saw my second week of work. I’m an Exam Invigilator at a local school and I’m really enjoying it so far. The work fits perfectly around my children being at school and I even managed to fit in my weekly reading sessions with Reception and Year 2 too. I’m still adjusting to being so busy!
