Schleich DC Comics Wonder Woman figure

Schleich DC Comics Wonder Woman figure

Posted on June 7, 2017March 12, 2023 by jenny

It’s no secret we love Schleich toys around here. We have a quite a collection of animals from the Wild Life, Farm World and Horse Club ranges which the children love to play with. We’ve also added a few other figures from the different Schleich ranges, including Peanuts, The Smurfs and Dinosaurs. So we were pretty excited to receive the new Wonder Woman figurine from Schleich which accompanies the new movie perfectly!

Wonder Woman is from the DC Comics range of 14 Justice League figures including Catwoman, Hawkman and Aquaman. There are actually three different Wonder Woman figures and we received #18 Wonder Woman (22557)

I couldn’t find much information about this figure and I haven’t seen the film yet. However I can see that she stands on a base and is holding a sword and round shield, looking pretty fierce. As you would expect with Schleich, it is lovingly hand-painted with detailed modelling.

I adored the original Wonder Woman tv show but I’ve seen a trailer for the new film and I can’t wait to go and watch it.

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana meets an American pilot who tells her about the massive conflict that’s raging in the outside world. Convinced that she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home for the first time. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny.

Complete with her shield and sword, the Schleich figurine is ready for battle! Wearing the exact outfit as the character in the new Wonder Woman film, this new figurine is everything you need to relive the exciting film storyline.

Find out more about Wonder Woman and the DC Comics collection at www.schleich-s.co.uk Wonder Woman is priced £8.99 and perfect for ages 3 and over.

I’d never heard of Schleich until earlier today! Their figures look fab though. Oscar would definitely love Wonder Woman as she’s one of his fave characters 🙂
