They bring Advent calendars and get up to silly tricks each day which always seem to amuse the kids. Advent calendars are a great way to tick off the days leading up to Christmas Day. My children love a piece of chocolate each day but my printable Christmas countdown makes a great…

Gingerbread Box Kit With the Gingerbread Box Kit  you can make and bake your own gingerbread gift boxes to make giving even sweeter. It’s a chance for me to sit down and reflect on the things that made me happy in the previous week, as well as to record some of our family adventures. It’s a post I always love to write. Monday Happy List {Week 318} Did you notice that I reached No 8 in the Tots100? I think I’m the only one who noticed but it’s still pretty cool. With two creative kids we love our weekly Draw With Rob sessions.  Every Saturday the kids look for clues on what the latest character will be, and we all look forward to sitting down for a drawing session. The kids have special notebooks just for their Draw with Rob drawings and my husband even bought a Kuretake pen, just like Rob uses! These drawing sessions kept us busy during the first Lockdown and we love that we have something to look forward to at the weekend. Draw With Rob at Christmas The kids loved his first book so were excited…

    Festive Mug Hanging Gingerbread kit

Have you heard of a mug hanger before? It’s a biscuit that actually hangs over the edge of your mug. I bought a gingerbread house mug hanging kit a few years ago but was excited to try a kit I found in Sainsbury’s which included four different shapes. Festive Mug Hanging Gingerbread kit The Sainsbury’s Festive Mug Hanging Gingerbread kit contained gingerbread mix with red and white icing pens and stencils. All you needed to add was butter and Golden Syrup. The templates were printed on the inside of the box and needed to be cut out. First of all…
