I love to start the week by writing the Monday Happy List. It’s a chance for me to sit down and reflect on the things that made me happy in the previous week, as well as to record some of our family adventures – it’s a post I always enjoy writing.
Monday Happy List {Week 260}
Over the weekend I finished reading The Animals at Lockwood Manor. It was a great book but I’ve been reading it for a few weeks. I’m excited to start something new.
On Saturday we went and visited a pumpkin patch just outside London. The kids had so much fun and filled a wheelbarrow full of pumpkins and squashes. We spent a few hours looking at all the different pumpkins, warming up with a delicious hot chocolate afterwards.
My children just love Halloween so enjoyed making and decorating Halloween cupcakes yesterday. They have been planning their Halloween outfits and this year we are going to make a huge pallet sign to place outside our house for our Trick or Treat visitors.
I had some time to use my Cricut Maker over the weekend and made some Halloween decorations to go with all the pumpkins we picked at The Pop Up Farm. We also cut some vinyl botanical decorations for our Polar Bear pumpkin (a white one in case you wonder why it is called that). I love being able to make my own decorations, especially at this time of year.
Today I am off to the Cricut Meet & Greet West London hosted by Cricut Europe. I can’t wait to learn more about infusible ink and see the new Easy Press Mini. I’ll tell you all about it when I can!
