Grinch-mas Rice Krispie Treat Pops
Place a metal or glass bowl over a pot of boiling water. Place white chocolate morsels into the bowl and stir often until they are melted. If the chocolate is not melting how it should then you can add a little buttermilk at a time until it melts.
Sometimes in humid climates the chocolate won’t melt and will clump a little. Adding buttermilk will add the moisture needed.
Stir in one drop of green gel dye.
Take your ready made rice krispie treats and carefully place the lollipop stick into the rice krispie treat, making sure not to break the treat apart. Then dip the rick krispie treat into the melted chocolate. Place on a piece of baking paper to dry.
Whilst the rice krispie treat is drying carefully draw on a red heart with the red sparkle gel. Let your Grinch-mas Rice Krispie Treat Pops dry fully before serving.
