Have you started watching Christmas films yet? We love re-watching our favourite films, there’s something so comforting about watching them each year. The Grinch is still one of our favourites and has inspired our latest craft, t o make your own Grinch Cardboard Cones, and you only need a few supplies.

Easy DIY Grinch Cardboard Cone supplies:

Paper Mache Cones

Mini Santa hat

Green Paint

Green foam or felt

Foam paint brush

Hot glue or glue dots

Wiggly eyes

Black permanent marker

Ribbon, for hanging if desired

Easy DIY Grinch Cardboard Cones

Paint the paper mache cone with green paint. Allow to dry.

Add a mini Santa hat to each cone, attaching with glue.

To create a face, add wiggly eyes.

Draw the other facial characteristics with a black permanent marker.

Cut a small semi-circle from the foam or felt and glue on the front of the face for a nose.

If desired, carefully use a thick needle (like a darning needle) to pierce through the top of the cone. Thread the hole with ribbon. Tie the loose ends of the ribbon together to form a hanging loop.
