    I can’t quite believe a year has gone by since I last visited The Stitch Festival at the Business Design Centre. I really enjoyed my day there (celebrating dressmaking, embroidery, crochet, cross stitch and quilting) so booked a ticket to visit, as well as three workshops so I could learn some new skills.     If you are looking for a wet weather activity for teens then I would recommend indoor go karting. My teens love go karting and we thought we would try the new track at Teamsport High Wycombe. This wasn’t the easiest venue to find inside the Eden Centre, but once we had walked around the shopping centre for a while we found it and booked in.     Our youngest teen suggested she would like to try axe throwing so I found Game of Throwing in Hammersmith. With both teenagers on a half term break I booked an hour session so we could try axe throwing with Game of Throwing.
