Aquabeads Minnie Mouse Playset

Aquabeads Minnie Mouse Playset review

Posted on May 14, 2016April 7, 2017 by jenny

I’m always surprised that my children love anything with small beads but they do. It’s been drilled in to them that they have to be careful, but they are, and I love that the benefits of this kind of toys are huge. Both children love Aquabeads and I like the fact the beads stick with a simple spray of water.

Last week we received one of the new Aquabeads Playsets to review – the Minnie Mouse Playset. We’d actually seen this Playset in our local toy shop so my 4 year old was really happy to open it. I think this is a great value for money set. It contains everything you need to start creating – a clever design table which doubles as a container for all your beads, a sprayer, layout tray, templates, and bead pen.

My daughter knew what to do so picked her favourite design and started choosing the correct beads.

She really liked the bead pen but my 6 year old was happy to use his fingers to pick up the beads.

It didn’t take her long to finish her chosen design. She sprayed it with water and we left it to dry for a couple of hours.

My children are always happy to sit down with their Aquabead sets. I think they make a great after school activity as it’s something they can do on their own and the soon get totally absorbed in it. They quickly ran out of beads so I will be picking up some refill packs so they can carry on the Minnie Mouse fun.

The Aquabeads Minnie Mouse Playset is priced around £19.99 and available from Amazon and all good toy shops.

I love aqua beads and used to do them a lot with my little sister (She’s 16 years younger than me) I am hoping they bring out more boyish versions soon as I know my son would love them
