October is the month when we gain an hour thanks to the clocks going back an hour on the 25th October. I’m looking forward to the lighter mornings and an extra hour in bed. Someone please tell my children though, as they always struggle a little with the extra hour.
I love this fun infographic with 20 suggestions of things to do with that extra hour. I like the sound of making an extra special family breakfast. The children keep asking for pancakes so perhaps it will be pancakes for them and a healthy fry up for the grown ups.
My to do list is pretty long so if I had an hour for myself I have no idea what I’d do first. I definitely need a hair cut and a trip to the dentist. There’s always house work to catch up on and a couple of birthdays to plan. Let’s not even mention the C word – although I admit I’ve started planning that too.
