Schleich Farm Life

Earlier this year Schleich introduced some new products to their Farm life range. A few months ago we reviewed the Schleich horse riding arena and we were sent some items from the new range which complement this set.

We love Schleich toys, they are beautifully made with an amazing level of detail. They are great for imaginative play and the children have been having fun with the horse riding arena. It came with a horse, rider and a few accessories but I like the fact you can buy more.

We received 3 horses, the Knabstrupper mare (item 13769), Tennessee Walker stallion (item 13789) and Pinto stallion (item 13794). I have to admit we don’t know anything about the different breeds of horses but this gave us a great opportunity to visit the Schleich website and look them all up.

We were also sent a show jumper (item 42161) and lots of accessories: show jumping saddle + bridle (item 42123), treat set (item 42197), blanket and headstall (item 42118) and equestrian grooming set (item 42114). We enjoyed opening these and talking about each item, it was educational for me too!

We really like the Schleich Farm Life range. They fit into our tuff spot so are great for playing with outside and small enough that they can be packed into a rucksack to take with us on our holiday adventures. The recommended age is 3+ due to small parts.
