As you know we’re away at the moment and really noticing the signs of Spring. The weather has been warmer and we’ve been looking for Spring flowers wherever we go. I think Spring is one of my favourite seasons and can’t wait for some sunny skies and warmth in the sun. Spring also brings an abundance of special days – birthdays, Mothers Day and Easter.
Spring crafts for kids
We were sent a lovely bundle of Spring crafts from Baker Ross. I’ve worked with them for a while and my children love to see a Baker Ross box waiting for them when they get home from school. Our latest parcel contained some lovely Spring crafts which has kept them busy.
Baker Ross craft kits are brilliant value and my children didn’t need to fight over anything as each kit contains multiple crafts. They both love suncatchers so the first thing they made was the Happy Face Flower Suncatcher Decorations using the Brilliant Glass Paint Pens. The pack contained 8 so they each had 4 to colour in. We left them to dry before hanging them up in the window.
Mother’s Day falls on March 26th this year. I was pleased to see that the Mother’s Day handprint poem decoration kits were included as we had so much fun making them last year. The kit is lovely and simple, my children love crafts they can do independently.
Although we’re currently enjoying half term we are already looking forward to the Easter holidays. Easter is on Sunday April 16th and we’ve already made and decorated the Easter Bunny Train. My 5 year old loved this kit, especially putting the stickers on.
We’ve also been making up the Peacock Crinkle Decoration Kits, the Creative Colouring Flower Wreaths and Bug Pom Pom Decoration Kits. There are some lovely Spring crafts for kids. Find out more and order via their website.
