Schleich Horse Riding Arena

I’ve always hoped my children would been keen to collect Schleich toys. They’re a great heritage brand and represent excellent quality and value to me as a parent. Luckily both my children love collecting Schleich animals and people. They’re perfect for small world play, pocket money friendly and a day out is never complete without squeezing a few in their rucksack to take with them.

We were offered the Schleich Horse Riding Arena to review, which comes with the Arena, a horse with rider, accessories and jumps. The packaging was visually appealing and the arena required minimum construction skills from me before play could commence.

Anyone who wants to train for show-jumping or other disciplines can do so on the riding ground.

My 5 year old loved the fact the windows opened to help keep the horse and rider cool!

Soon the big horse show will take place. If you want to participate, or even win, you have to train almost every day. Therefore you see the rider with her favourite horse almost every day in the paddock. There is a course built, where horse and rider go through the exercises again and again, to perfect their ride. The two really enjoy practising so much, after all they are not only a team, but really good friends.

Schleich Riding ArenaThe Schleich Horse Riding Arena is suitable for children aged 3+ and both my children enjoy playing with it. It’s great to play with both indoors and outdoors and I think this would also be fun to play with in our tuff spot. We’re very happy to add this to our collection of Schleich toys and Schleich make a couple of other horse-themed playsets if you wanted to extend your play.

  1. These look great. Caitlin is in her ponies phase at the moment. Mind you I imagine the bits are quite easy to lose and are probably quite painful if stood on!
