Always Tea Time EmbellishBox for February

Last moth the February EmbellishBox for papercutters popped through my letterbox. I really like the box so took out a monthly subscription! Now I never have to worry about forgetting to order a box. The February box had a theme РAlways Tea Time.

Inside were 3 x tea-time templates and an Always Tea Time House to add to my growing collection.

As well as the templates were some extra bits. I love the tea pot stand which I’m using as an over-sized coaster, some tea, badge and a special iced biscuit which my children took.

The box included 3 x backing papers from which are always really useful. The colours were Stardream Jupiter, Stardream Vista and Metallic Pearlescent Blackcurrant.

The first template I cut was the Always Tea Time one. I’m not sure why but I found it quite difficult. The letters were really small and I changed my blade a few times but it didn’t seem to make a difference.

I’ve filed the other templates away in my new papercutting folder. I’ve had a bit of a clear out and emptied an A4 file of all the sewing patterns I’ve been storing for the past 10 years, replacing them with papercutting templates! ¬†I love my new hobby and I’m still managing to carry out some sewing projects too.
