    Did you celebrate Christmas Jumper Day today? It’s one of my favourite days in December. We’ve celebrated it for the past few years since finding out more about it.     I really love ginger in any form. When I spotted a recipe for Swedish Ginger Cakes in Christmas Prima Makes magazine I knew I would have to make them for myself.
