St Patrick’s Day Brownie Bites

It’s not long until we celebrate St Patrick’s Day. I’ve been trying to think of small ways to celebrate at home and came up with some delicious St Patrick’s Day Brownie Bites. I’m all in favour of a quick bake so used a shop bought packet mix as the base of these. You can make them in a mini muffin pan or in a brownie tray and cut them into small bites. Don’t forget to check out our other St Patrick’s Day crafts for kids and adults to make.

Melt candy melts according to package directions. If the candy overheats or is too thick, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or vegetable shortening.

Pour the melted candy into a zip-tip freezer bag, snip one corner and drizzle over the brownie bites. Immediately sprinkle with coloured sugar. Press one wrapped Rolo candy into each brownie and place one Airhead Extreme Mini candy next to the Rolo.
