L.O.L. Surprise! Fashion Factory

Family games night with LOL Surprise

Posted on February 24, 2019November 3, 2021 by jenny

We like to have a family games evening at least once a week. Usually it’s a Friday as we have no after school clubs so there is plenty of time to relax at home. We’ve been playing a lot of games over half term and have a new favourite to tell you about! We were kindly gifted a box of LOL Surprise games and activities which have kept my 7 year old very busy. She just adores her LOL Surprise dolls so she was very happy to receive such a special gift.

L.O.L. Surprise! Fashion Factory

The UK’s no.1 toy brand L.O.L Surprise! is back for 2019 with even more surprises, including the launch of a series of exciting new party games perfect for L.O.L mega fans. From L.O.L Surprise! Pass The Surprise to L.O.L. Surprise! Surprise Makeover, this collection has everything you need for the ultimate games night – but who will you challenge? We received L.O.L. Surprise! Fashion Factory which my daughter really likes.

L.O.L. Surprise! Fashion Factory

With the L.O.L. Surprise! Fashion Factory you can build your own dolls at the L.O.L. Factory. It’s a fun paper doll matching game with a moving catwalk!

Included in the game are 16 character cards, 48 doll fashion cards, 6 L.O.L. pink game balls, 2 Eye Spy Series lenses 2 tongs, and the fashion factory with motorized conveyor belt (batteries needed and not supplied).

I found the batteries and put them in and we switched on the conveyor belt. There are two settings – slow and fast. The idea is that you place one of the L.O.L. pink game balls on the conveyor belt, draw a character card, then find and assemble the pieces of the character’s doll. Speed is key in this two-player game, as each player competes head to head, racing to complete their doll and place it inside the L.O.L. ball. The first player to complete three balls wins!

It sounds simple and it is but you need to be quick to beat your opponent, especially if you are playing against Little Sis! She was super quick and beat me everytime. We were sent a score board and she delighted in seeing her points add up against mine. We were also gifted a medal for the winner and bags of sweets which we used as prizes. It’s a two player game so it was perfect for the children to play against each other. They loved the fact that the conveyor belt moved and put all of their toys along it for a ride!

As well as the L.O.L. Surprise! Fashion Factory (RRP £17.62), you can also buy the L.O.L. Surprise: Pass the Surprise and the L.O.L. Surprise: Surprise Makeover. They are suitable for ages 3 and over. L.O.L. Surprise! Games are available from all good toy retailers including Smyths Toys, The Entertainer and Amazon. This looks like so much fun. My daughter is big into LOL dolls recently and is pretty much obsessed – will look into this 🙂

The dolls are great but I love all the associated products they are bringing out for their fans!
