This year I celebrated my first Mothers’ Day. Edward gave me a card (with a little help from Daddy) and we spent a lovely day together. I hate having my photograph taken and as a result very few photographs of me and Edward exist. So for this weeks’ Gallery theme I’ve chosen a photograph of my mum with Edward on our recent trip to Bruges.
Bruges was quite cold and I forgot to take Edward’s coat out with us when we went on a horse and carriage ride. Mum wrapped him in the blanket and cuddled him to keep him warm.
My mum loves Edward. He’s her fourth grandchild but only grandson. Fortunately Edward loves her just as much back. His second word was even Nanna!
