Aquabeads Finding Dory Playset

Aquabeads Finding Dory Playset review

Posted on May 6, 2017 by jenny

It’s been a while since we have reviewed any Aquabeads sets. Both the children (aged 5 and 7) enjoy Aquabeads. They are the perfect after school activity for them, as they require a little bit of concentration, and peace and quiet for me!

Aquabeads Finding Dory playset

Dory might not remember her unforgettable adventures but you can make your favourite characters to help remind her. Just keep Aquabeading with this Finding Dory Playset which includes over 780 beads in 11 colours and three template sheets which let you make Dory, Nemo, his father Marlin and Hank.

Just in case you haven’t heard of Aquabeads before then they are clever little beads that stick together with water. Just arrange, spray with water, then wait for your creations to set.

Aquabeads Finding Dory Playset

This Aquabeads Finding Dory set contains the beads, a template tray, 3 card template designs as well as a plastic tool for picking and dropping the beads and a water sprayer. Everything can be stored in the plastic case which also means it is great for storing away or even taking away for the weekend. My children have recently started using the little dropper tool which helps to place the bead in the exact little groove needed.

Any Disney Pixar related set goes down well with my two and this is a brilliant set for little fans. I also find that it’s big enough that they can make a design together which saves any arguments in our house. Suitable for children aged 4 and above.

Just keep Aquabeading!

The children in our family are a big fan of Aquabeads! They are much easier to work with than the iron beads!

My nanny charge has recently discovered he like aqua beads. He would love this one as he loves fish. He even has a tropical fish tank in his bedroom with some clown fish in and a couple of others!

I used to do Hamma beads when I was a kid – but these look like a much more child-friendly, safer alternative to melting plastic with an iron 😂 Glad they enjoyed getting creative and making them! X

We love hama beads too but Aquabeads don’t require anything other than a squirt of water – so much easier!
