Back to School with Clarks kids

I know I’m not the only mother counting down the days until their child goes back to school. Mine only goes to his nursery for a couple of hours each week. We’re coping but I must admit to missing time spent with my 8 month old. Plus the toddler needs a lot of entertaining and I’m having to dig deep to keep him busy!

We were asked if we would like to review the Clarks kids new Back To School collection which is currently hitting stores.
back to school

We always shop in Clarks as the poor toddler has my wide feet so is limited by choice. We thought we’d try our local Clarks in Wood Green and madeĀ  an appointment at the beginning of the day. It was lovely and quiet when we arrived and a really helpful lady measured the toddlers feet. I was surprised to find he’d gone up a size and she brought out some shoes for him to try.

All the shoes were great but the toddler decided on a navy trainer with lights! The Rexy Stomp is from the Stomposaurus range which he’s worn and loved before, so this pair seemed an obvious choice. They came in blue leather which should go with his clothes and features a lighted dinosaur character that flashes when walking! They also have two velcro tabs to ensure they stay on his feet securely.

I’m really pleased with them and the fitting was very thorough. Clarks made sure they fitted properly with their 6 point check and ensured he had room for his feet to grow. These are lovely shoes which I know the toddler will get a lot of use from.
