Win a copy of Dirty Bertie: Frights and Bites

I really enjoy Autumn. We’ve been looking for conkers and kicking leaves on the school run and fully embracing the changing weather. Our thoughts have been turning to Halloween and I’m hoping to find some pumpkins this weekend so we can start planning our Autumn decorations. With Halloween on the horizon I’m happy to have a spooky Halloween giveaway to share with you.

Created by David Roberts, one of the UK’s foremost children’s illustrators, Bertie is the star of two picture books – Dirty Bertie and Pooh! Is That You, Bertie? – as well as this fabulously funny young fiction series. Bertie’s brand of comic chaos has proved hugely popular.

Frights and Bites is a Dirty Bertie collection to delight his legion of fans who revel in his revolting ways! Enjoy the comic capers of Dirty Bertie – the boy with nose-pickingly disgusting habits – in this bumper book of nine revolting stories from FANGS!, SCREAM! and ZOMBIE! Brilliantly bothersome Bertie is up to all sorts of disgustingly daredevil Halloween hijacks.

Dirty Bertie is a hugely popular series created by David Roberts. With each hilarious story approximately thirty pages long and split into chapters, Dirty Bertie is ideal for reluctant readers in search of hilarity but with a short attention span.

Dirty Bertie: Frights and Bites is published by Strips Publishing, an imprint of Little Tiger Group and is perfect for ages 5-8.
