This dreary wet weather has me dreaming of our summer holiday. Last summer we found our dream cottage in a sleepy English seaside town, literally on the beach. We had an amazing time so knew we wanted to go back again this year. The only downside is the fact it’s far away so it’ll be a long drive to get there. Little Sis is now 5 months old. She sleeps quite happily in her bednest next to me and I adore having her there. We’re thinking about what to do next as ideally we would move her to her own room around 6 months. Little Sis loves watching us when we eat so we’re beginning to think about starting weaning in a couple of weeks. It’s not often that I liken my youngest to a panda but it seems that she’s had something in common with the newest inhabitants at Edinburgh Zoo. The dreaded colic. Just like Yang Guang and Tian Tian, Little Sis has been horribly unsettled; crying and not sleeping or feeding properly until the small hours. I love making personalised cards. We made our own wedding stationery, Christmas cards and announcement cards when both children were born.
