Peppa Pig's Family House review

Peppa’s Family Home toy review

Posted on August 10, 2017January 19, 2020 by jenny

I can’t imagine a time when my daughter doesn’t love Peppa Pig. It’s one of her favourite characters and she loves watching the cartoon and playing with her Peppa toys. Although as a parent it feels like I’ve watched *all* the episodes, there were actually new episodes last month! Did you watch them?

New episodes of Peppa Pig on Milkshake

Yep, last month (finally) new episodes of Peppa Pig were shown on Milkshake (Channel 5 for the non-parents out there). It was quite a relief to watch them and meet the new character, Molly Mole and her family.

Peppa’s Family Home

Anyway, we were sent the brand new Peppa’s Family Home Playset to review. It’s packed full of furniture accessories and includes an articulated Peppa Pig figure too! There’s lots of rooms for Peppa to play in including a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, office and attic room. This lovely playset is just like the iconic home in the show and will give children hours of imaginative fun!

It’s different from the other Peppa House toys we have as they fold away – which is great for storage. However this new Peppa’s Family Home is much easier to play with. It doesn’t fall over for a start, there are more rooms, opening doors and it looks just like it does in the cartoon. Some of the furniture is built into the playset, like the tv and fridge, but it comes with a whopping 14 accessories which is great value.

The accessories include an articulated Peppa Pig figure, 4 chairs, table, bunk bed, toy basket, computer table with computer, mirror, bath, chair and trike. This makes a great starter set for little Peppa fans and is big enough for at least two children to play with.

Those look like fun! I’d definitely look out for a set so I can give it to my niece or nephew!
