Num Noms Glitter Lip Gloss Truck Playset review

Num Noms Glitter Lip Gloss Truck Playset review

Posted on April 28, 2018 by jenny

The weather has been really poor over the last few days which means we have been stuck indoors quite a lot. Thankfully my daughter was sent the new Num Noms Glitter Lip Gloss Truck Playset to review. She loves her cute and collectible Num Noms and this has been a great addition to her collection.

Num Noms are scented food-related collectibles. Take a Num, the outer, soft, squishy, hollow characters, and nestle it on top of a Nom, the inner, hard-shelled characters that are either motorised to scoot around, or filled with flavoured lip gloss. Pile them high for wacky combos or race them against each other with friends. There are so many to collect and make amazing combinations!

My daughter loves playing with her Num Noms and ticking them off the Collector’s Menu but we were really excited to hear more about the playset. The Num Noms Glitter Lip Gloss Truck Playset includes everything you need to make your own brand new, flavoured lip gloss.

Included in the playset were the Num Noms truck with 1 lip gloss base, 2 lip gloss flavours, 1 glitter sprinkles, 1 cupcake mixing tool with spatula, and 3 lip gloss container Noms.

We loved how the playset looked and my daughter was really excited to get it out of the box and start playing. She just about let me read the instructions so I knew what to do. We placed some of the lip gloss base with one of the lip gloss flavours and some glitter, then placed it into the dispenser.

Then my daughter turned the dispenser and the lip gloss came out, just like soft serve ice cream! She placed it in one of the lip gloss container Noms, which could then be stored in the truck. She filled all of the lip gloss containers!

The Num Noms Glitter Lip Gloss Truck Playset is cute. It has wheels so you can push it around or carry it with you on the go! I have to admit that making the lip gloss was a little sticky and some of the parts were difficult to clean. Overall my daughter really enjoyed making the lip gloss and playing with the truck. It makes a great addition to the Num Noms range.

The Num Noms Glitter Lip Gloss Truck Playset costs around £29.99.

We are big Num Noms fans and have this and my daughter loves it. In fact they all really love Num Noms, they get played with so regularly. By the way, love your wallpaper!! Where’s that from (if you don’t mind me asking!!)?!

That’s the oddest way of making lipgloss I’ve ever heard of. Caitlin would have loved this when she was younger but it is a little pricey.

I wish I had something like this when I was young as it looks like a really cute and lovely playset.
