Num Noms Wacky Bakers

Fun in the kitchen with Num Noms {#WackyBakers}

Posted on October 6, 2016August 4, 2019 by jenny

To celebrate the recent launch of Series 2 Num Noms we were invited to take part in a fun challenge – to create our own wacky recipe inspired by one of the hundreds of Num Noms flavours! My daughter loves the cute little collectible characters called Num Noms.

A cupful of cuteness and a spoonful of surprise make Num Noms. You can easily create your own flavour fusion by combining your Nums with a Nom!

Freezie Pops Family Num Noms

We were sent the new Freezie Pops Family from Series 2. They are bright and colourful and smell delicious. It was pretty easy to inspire our own wacky recipes in the kitchen. First of all we put on our special thinking Num Nom hats and then thought about what we wanted to make. Over the last week we’ve made a few things!

My children love helping me plan meals and one evening we had Melty Burger, Frenchie Fries and Ketchup Go-Go for dinner!

This was followed by Berry Waffles and Nilla Twirl for dessert.

The children seem to favour the sweeter Num Noms as they had more ideas for sweet desserts! Inspired by the Jelly Bean Family we collected as many flavours of jelly as we could find and mixed them up. We created layers of different flavours in glasses, which made for the perfect Num Noms inspired treat.

Why not create your own wacky recipes inspired by one of the hundreds of Num Noms flavours? You can see them all here. Or use the Num Noms recipe maker to come up with your own crazy food combo, or delicious dish!  See what others have been making by looking for the #WackyBakers on Twitter or Instagram.

    Oh she looks so cute in her little hat! Never seen this range before, what is it? Is it play food, or are they edible?
