Craft book review

Looking for a bit of creativity this Christmas?

I can’t believe I’ve run out of time to produce the Christmas Gift Guide I was planning. Time has just run away from me this December! I had been hoping to produce a little guide, especially as my husband is always clueless about the things I would like. I have a Pinterest board but I know he never looks there.

I received a lovely gift from Ebury which I’m going to share today. They are the perfect gifts for crafty peeps like me – and my readers too!

You can make your own cards, invitations, partyware and presents with some of our favourite crafting books: Cut It Out! by Poppy Chancellor, Nib & Ink by Chiara Perano and Ivy and the Inky Butterfly by Johanna Basford.

Learn how to make your own paper decorations with Cut It Out! You can display paper cuts in a range of different ways throughout Christmas. String up designs as wreaths, use them or make stunning baubles for the tree.

Be inspired to create cards, tags and letters to loved ones at Christmas with personalised calligraphy from Nib & Ink.

Finally count down the 12 days of Christmas with Ivy and the Inky Butterfly author Johanna Basford. Johanna will be sharing a dozen creative ideas for you to try between now and Christmas – tutorials, colouring demos, some tips and tricks or even the odd download.

I’ve recently got really into crafts again after starting my bullet journal earlier this year. I really want to try the adult colouring books, so I’m hoping Santa will get me one this year lol
