So far this summer we’ve been enjoying a Staycation. My husband has been recuperating after an operation so we have been exploring our local area which makes a nice change. The weather has been a bit of a mixed bag but we’ve had some really hot days and we’re looking forward to the mini heatwave which has been predicted this week.
Whether holidaying at home or abroad good sun protection is a must. The children have been out in the sun a lot and our sand pit and paddling pool have had a lot of use. We’ve been keeping safe this summer with the Garnier Ambre Solaire Easy Peasy Kids range. The Wet Skin Lotion and Anti-Sand Spray provide unique no-fuss protection for families, offering optimum defence, convenience and comfort.
Garnier Ambre Solaire Easy Peasy Kids range
Garnier Ambre Solaire’s first Anti-Sand product has a special sand-repelling agent which allows sunscreen to be absorbed without sand sticking to the skin. The Spray has a light mist, with easy 360 degree application, protecting your kids from harmful UVs without a heavy or itchy sand sensation.
Usually the kids make such a fuss about me applying sun tan lotion but they barely register when I’ve been using this. I didn’t think that sunscreen and sand mixed but the children have played for hours at the local beach with no sand sticking to them!
With the Wet Skin Lotion there’s no longer the need to towel dry your children before reapplying – perfect for when kids are in and out of the water all day. The formula, designed specifically for wet skin, contains two hydrophilic gelling agents that render it water-resistant. This is also easy to apply with no overpowering smells. It’s easily absorbed giving me confidence that my children could play safely in the sun.
Both products give your little ones long-lasting SPF 50 for those hot summer days. Garnier Ambre Solaire Easy Peasy Kids Wet Skin Lotion and Anti-Sand Spray cost £7.50 each and are available from Boots and online at Boots.com.
