Now regular readers will know I love subscription boxes. There’s nothing better than a little box dropping on to your doormat that contains something nice. A while ago I came across Pocket and Pin on Instagram who sell modern vintage haberdashery. Their Habdash Sub Box caught my eye so when I saw they had produced one with a Coastal theme I snapped one up. It arrived yesterday in a little white cardboard box.
Carefully wrapped in tissue paper was a lovely bundle of craft supplies.
There was a selection of ribbons – one with seagulls, a white polka dot on blue and cotton ribbon featuring sea shells.
I love the wooden thread holder with blue thread. There was a little bag of buttons also following the coastal theme.
A bundle of felt in grey, white and blues.
And a Fat Quarter of Coastline designed by Sharon Holland for Art Gallery Fabrics.
There was a lovely selection and the box cost £15 including shipping which I thought was really good. The Habdash Box doesn’t include any instructions for any projects which is the only downside for me. I have little spare time to craft so love a little craft kit or some ideas of things to make.
I’m hoping to incorporate a piece of the Coastline fabric into my Shipping Forecast quilt and I love using felt so I know these supplies will get used up.
