Although we’re very much in Christmas mode I’ve been looking forward to 2020. I know that the Christmas holidays will soon be upon us and I want to have some activities to do with the children. STEP 2

Set your child up with their favourite colouring pencils and a place to sit and colour. Let them write down their best memory from this year and their wish for 2020. We love practicing mindfulness and this is a lovely way to be mindful about this year whilst looking forward to the next.

STEP 3

When your child has completed their New Year 2020, pop it in their memory box or start off the new year by collecting a time capsule of their favourite moments over the year. We’ve tried this over the last few years and it’s lovely to look back through ticket stubs and photos and remember the highlights.
