A few weeks ago I was sent a copy of the docrafts Creativity magazine to read. Crafty magazines are my absolute weakness and I subscribe to Love Patchwork & Quilting, Mollie Makes and Reloved magazine at the moment. I also have a terrible weakness for looking at magazines and often hide one beneath the food shopping if I’m on my own!
I was happy to read something new and was pleasantly surprised by docrafts Creativity as it covers crafts from card making to jewellery, papercraft, scrapbooking, soft craft, upcycling and crafts for kids too. It’s priced at £4.99 which is the same as other craft magazines I regularly buy and the issue I received contained free gifts of pretty ribbons, a decoupage pack and a DVD of digital designs.
I’m not a huge paper crafter although I’m always keen to learn more so found docrafts Creativity magazine really interesting. It contains a range of projects, features, quick makes and community news so it’s easy to feel part of the community straight away.
docrafts is one of the UK’s leading craft suppliers across independent specialists, national retailers, TV shopping channels. With exclusive house brands and licensed products featuring in the Creativity Magazine, docrafts leads the way in technique-led project ideas and inspiration.
I was also sent some items from their amazing online shop. As well as selling everything you could need for paper crafting and scrapbooking they also sell sewing supplies and kits. I was sent some polystyrene eggs which we used in our Easter crafting with decoupage paper. I also received some fun Craft Planet Felt Monster kits for my children to make and Sew & So On craft kits to make bunting and a Sweet Cottage Tea Cosy Kit. The kits contain everything needed and I can’t wait to get started on them as soon as I finish my latest doll quilt for Little Sis.
