We love making our Christmas decorations and can’t wait to share our easy tutorial to make a Snowman Mason Jar. Mason jars are a great craft material and can easily be painted and decorated to create something special. Follow some simple steps to create your own DIY snowman mason jar.

Snowman mason jar supplies:
Mason jar
White acrylic paint and paint brush
Plaid bow
3 black buttons
Pencil
Hot glue gun

How to make a DIY Snowman Mason Jar

Wash and dry your mason jar.

Apply a coat of white acrylic paint to the jar and let dry.

Apply a second coat if needed. Again, let dry completely.

At the top of the mason jar, add a small amount of hot glue.

Secure the bow in place by holding it for a minute.

Lay the mason jar flat. Place each button onto the jar where you would like to see them glued. Use a pencil to mark the spot.

Remove the buttons and place a small amount of hot glue on the marked area.

Hold the button in place for a minute.

There you have an easy DIY mason har snowman ornament. You could easily make a whole family of mason jar snowmen.
