Win a copy of Colour With Me, Mum!

I love adult colouring books as you probably all know by now. I spend so long colouring with my children that I’m happy to have my own books and am happy to spend some time colouring in when I need to switch off for a bit. I keep thinking that there can’t possibly be any more to invent when I was told about Colour with Me, Mum! by Jasmine Narayan.

Featuring over 50 unique colouring templates, family psychologist Dr. Jasmine Narayan’s colouring book is shaped to make colouring side by side easier. Each spread features a single piece of art connected across the page. One side has more intricate artwork for you, while the other has simplified artwork for your child. While you are each working on your own piece, they come together to form one beautiful, single piece of art!

The book also includes 100 questions to generate thoughtful responses from your child, and how to best communicate with your child through colouring. It’s a lovely book and the paper feels like good quality. I really like the concept although my 4 year old didn’t quite understand it and kept trying to “help” me with my side!

Colour with Me, Mum! is priced at £8.99 and officially releases on 1st May. It is published by Race Point Publishing and available from Amazon and all good bookshops.

  1. I don’t own An adult colouring book as I know the girlies would want to use it and I wouldn’t get a look in, this idea sounds great though so we can both do a page!
If I had to choose a theme it would maybe be the amazing sights of around the world.

  2. I’d really love a Goth themed adult colouring book all vampires, crumbling castles and bad fairies!

  3. As I am a DFL, I would like a colouring book depicting the famous London landmarks, following on from the Queen’s celebratory birthday celebrations.

  4. I think a great adult colouring idea would be pictures of crowds celebrating, like at football matches showing fans with banners or the London Marathon…or even music concerts like Glastonbury? x

  5. I would love a fashion one, I know there would be mostly white but BRIDAL colouring books would be an absolute dream to do. Also the ones where the medieval type clothing was worn. I used to love doing the Christmas ones when I was younger where the animals were decorating the tree, having Christmas dinner etc (sorry that’s a bit random lol).

  6. The ocean, it would definitely be relaxing. Many thanks for running this lovely giveaway.

  7. Mosaics…..coloring in all the different elements would be a great way for relaxation

  8. I’d love a colouring book based on the Disney parks – so you could colour the castle, Main Street and rides.

  9. I’d like an alternative style one, lots of roses and skulls. although i love colouring my little girls colouring books in so i’m not too fussy! haha.
