Adult colouring books gift guide

Adult colouring books gift guide

Posted on December 8, 2016September 1, 2020 by jenny

I don’t tend to write many gift guides. This is my second of the season (my first one can be found here) and I have one more planned. This gift guide is a little different because it’s full of the things I would love to receive! I’ve always loved adult colouring books and I’m hoping they are here to stay. Here’s a round up of some of my favourite adult colouring books around – perfect in case my husband needs a few ideas!

Mum Life: A Snarky Adult Colouring Book

It’s 6:30 PM. By some miracle, one of your kids is asleep while the other is watching cartoons in a food coma. Quick! Here’s your chance! Grab some coloured pencils and markers, this colouring book, and run to the bathroom (don’t forget the wine)! First, lock the door and enjoy the solitude of private urination. Second, gulp down that wine and enjoy the most relaxing five minutes of your day as you surrender to the quietness and creativity of colouring. Celebrate the humour and frustration that are the highs and lows of motherhood featured in the pages of this book.
