Cleaning up packed lunches with Tinyme

My son has now been taking packed lunches to school for 11 weeks! That’s a lot of sandwiches I’ve made. I’ve been working this week which means I’ve been making his lunch the night before and leaving it out in the morning for him to take. Working outside of the house means I have to be super organised – we’ll gloss over the fact I drove to work with both my children’s winter coats on the back seat this week!

My son enjoys his packed lunch but it annoys me every day that he brings home all the food packaging. They are not allowed to throw away anything in the bins at school. You can probably imagine how smelly his lunchbox is by the time I see it – full with a half drunk carton of juice, sandwich wrapper, crisp crumbs and sticky chocolate paper.

Tinyme kindly sent me one of their new personalised lunch bags to try out. Their lunch bags have always had hundreds of design and colour options but now they have a clever removable silicone lining. The food grade silicone lining is completely seamless, insulated and is super easy to clean (and by easy, we mean easy, you can just throw it in the dishwasher) and then it just slips back into place! It’s amazing and I was pretty thankful to try one out. I’m not sure my son even noticed the lining, he just loved his new lunch bag.

That’s not all though. The lunch bag can be easily attached to the backpack for the ultimate school combo!

Thank you Tinyme for sending us one of your new lunchbags to try out. I’ve thrown his stinky old one away but this one is a keeper!

  1. This is such a cool lunch bag! I love the fact that it’s personalized and the lining that goes in the dishwasher is really practical
