I mentioned that Little Sis has been reviewing some of the Playmobil 1-2-3 range. Her older brother was sent the new Playmobil police truck with speedboat set 5187 to review. It’s a really lovely set and pretty easy to put together although the stickers are very fiddly! According to the Playmobil site: Protect by land…

Playmobil 1-2-3
We had a lovely half term break with a couple of trips into the West End, a special meeting with Tree Fu Tom and finished off with a trip to visit nanny in the countryside. Unfortunately towards the end of the week everyone started to succumb to coughs and colds and in my case, laryngitis!…
Spring has arrived
We’ve had unseasonally warm weather over the last few days. It’s been lovely to have the back doors open and my pot of daffodils has definitely brought some of spring inside. I thought I would make a spring time decoration with some scrapbooking papers, bakers twine and wooden pegs. I was sent the scrapbooking paper…
Mothering Sunday crafts
A couple of weeks ago we were sent a lovely parcel of craft goodies from Baker Ross. There were so many craft packs it’s taking us a while to work our way through them, not that any of us have been complaining. With Mothering Sunday coming up soon in the UK (March 30th) we thought…
Olly the Little White Van books
I’ve written before about Olly the Little White Van and how much my children love him and his friends. It’s a great pre-school show, 100% written, designed and animated in the UK. There are 12 cute and quirky ‘cube shaped pets’ to collect. Cupets come to life on your smart device in conjunction with the free app, each…

Sometime last year I won a subscription to Twinkl. If you haven’t heard of it it’s an amazing website for primary teaching resources. I’ve been using it to print out worksheets and colouring pages for my children and just get lots of ideas to help them with their learning journey. The website is really easy…
