Cricut The Polar Express Bell decor

Cricut The Polar Express Bell decor

Posted on December 7, 2021December 8, 2021 by jenny

Have you started watching Christmas films yet? We’ve watched a few of our favourites, they are a great way to wind down with the kids at the weekend. They are both so excited about the end of term (although I have another few weeks of work!). We all enjoy The Polar Express and todays craft is inspired by the film, which tells the story of a young boy who, on Christmas Eve, sees a mysterious train bound for the North Pole stop outside his window and is invited aboard by its conductor. The boy joins several other children as they embark on a journey to visit Santa Claus preparing for Christmas.

The boy awakens on Christmas morning to find a present containing a bell given to him by Santa which he thought he had lost, along with a note from Santa. He and his younger sister can hear the bell, but his parents can’t, as they no longer believe. In old age, the bell still rings for him, as it does “for all who truly believe”.
