Cute Kawaii Box review and giveaway

Cute Kawaii Box review and giveaway

Posted on March 3, 2020August 30, 2022 by jenny

Have you heard of kawaii? It’s a Japanese word for cute and is used to describe stationary, sweets, clothes and just about anything you can imagine. My children are of an age where they love new cute stationary for school, so they loved the latest Kawaii Box which we were sent.

Kawaii Box is a monthly subscription so you can easily subscribe for 1 month, 6 months or 12 months. I often chat about my subscription boxes here as I love to receive a monthly treat in the post. It seems my children love subscription boxes too and it’s easy to see why. The Kawaii Box comes in an easily identifiable pink and white box and contains 8-10 special kawaii items every month.

We received the Valentine’s Day themed Kawaii Box and we couldn’t wait to open it. We had to wait until we were all home from school last week but we thought it was worth the wait! Inside our box were 8 cute kawaii items which included:
Sweet Drinks Pencil Cap Set, a great school accessory
Majestic Jewelry Crown Stickers, kawaii stickers
Little Twin Stars Konpeito Candy
Jinbesan Plushies
Kawaii Daily Pill Organiser
Metallic Pink and Purple Pencil Set
Shimmery Heart Charm Pen
Sweet Heart Lollipop Eraser

My children were squealing with delight as they went through the Kawaii Box. There was a handy leaflet inside our box which gave details about each item, but we were able to easily recognise everything.

They pretty much divided everything between them as they went through each item! They love to have fun stationery and that is what the Kawaii Box is really great for. My son chose the pencils and pencil caps.

My daughter couldn’t resist the Jinbesan Plushies, two super cute little creatures which has magnets inside so they would be attracted to each other! She wanted to share it with her best friend and was so happy to take them to school.

Kawaii Box sweets

The only thing I was allowed to share were the Little Twin Stars Konpeito Candy, cute little sweet shapes which tasted amazing!

Win a super cute Kawaii Box

I’ve teamed up with Kawaii Box and one lucky person can win the latest Kawaii Box. You can enter my giveaway via the Gleam widget below, there are some bonus entries too. The giveaway is open worldwide and ends on 22nd March. The winners name will appear on this post. Good luck!

What a fantastic idea – I’m sure my kids would have loved something like this when they were little too. Those pencil toppers are particularly gorgeous I think (although obviously I’m always a sucker for candy!)
