Project Mc2 Ultimate Spy Bag review

Project Mc2 Ultimate Spy Bag review

Posted on February 9, 2018 by jenny

Project Mc2 ’s geek-chic heroines are back with a mission – to make sure girls (and boys) know that it’s cool to be smart and love all things S.T.E.A.M (that’s science, technology, engineering, art and maths).

Project Mc2 is a team of super-smart and seriously cool girls who use their love of science and spy skills to undertake missions for top-secret organisation, NOV8TM (that’s “innovate”!). 2016 saw the launch of two new seasons of the Netflix original show, new products, and two exciting new characters – Devon D’Marco and Ember Evergreen. Last year the girls returned with a host of exciting new S.T.E.A.M focused products as seen in the Netflix original show.

There is a great range of STEAM toys to accompany the Netflix show and we were delighted to receive the Project Mc2 Ultimate Spy Bag to review.

Project Mc2 Ultimate Spy Bag

Investigate in style with this amazing gadget, the Ultimate Spy Bag – as worn by Adrienne Attoms in the show. My daughter was so excited to open it up and see what was inside.

The case opens up to reveal a forensic fingerprinting kit! The bag contains over 15 items, including an air blower disguised as a perfume bottle, a magnifying glass hidden in a make up compact, a torch hidden in a nail polish bottle, test tubes, secret messages and much more.

My daughter isn’t a huge fan of pink or make up but she does love STEM toys. This was perfect for her. She looked through every item then followed the instructions with the fingerprinting kit. She loved the way the products looked like makeup but were actually something else entirely. She was able to look for finger prints, use the special fingerprint dust and life them off  to save them on a special card. The case has lots of special compartments which she has been using to store all her treasures. This is a fun toy and great for fans of Project Mc2.

The Project MC2 Ultimate Spy Bag has a RRP £24.99 and is perfect for ages 6 and over.

My kids love that show. I had no idea there was a range of toys to go with it.
