Project Mc2 A.D.I.S.N. Journal

Project Mc2 A.D.I.S.N. Journal

Do your children enjoy watching Project Mc2 on Netflix? My children both love it, especially as they can get their hands on some of the tech they see in the show! We’ve already reviewed the Project Mc2 Ultimate Spy Bag and today we’re going to tell you more about the Project Mc2 A.D.I.S.N. Journal.

What is Project Mc2?

Project Mc2 is a team of super-smart and seriously cool girls who use their love of science and spy skills to undertake missions for top-secret organisation, NOV8TM (that’s “innovate”!). 2016 saw the launch of two new seasons of the Netflix original show, new products, and two exciting new characters – Devon D’Marco and Ember Evergreen. Last year the girls returned with a host of exciting new S.T.E.A.M focused products as seen in the Netflix original show.

Now you can become an NOV8 (“innovate”) secret agent just like McKeyla, using your personal Advanced Digital Intelligence Spy Notebook – that’s A.D.I.S.N. for short. The kit includes lots of secret stuff – a bracelet, recorded messages, invisible ink pen, UV light tool to read clues written in invisible ink, NOV8 missions book and 2 sticker sheets.

My daughter loved the look of this and couldn’t wait to open it up and see what was inside. The A.D.I.S.N. (Advanced Digital Intelligence Spy Notebook) is a cool notebook/storage device. You need to have some batteries and a screwdriver ready as it needs batteries, and there’s nothing worse than a child with a brand new toy they can’t play with!

My daughter played with the bracelet (which also acts as a key to opening the A.D.I.S.N.) whilst I put the batteries in. They she was ready to play. She swiped her bracelet over the front of the A.D.I.S.N. and it magically opened. It plays a short greeting when it opens. Inside was a notebook full of activities, an invisible pen and two sticker sheets. The left hand side is lined like a notebook for writing secret messages. Take out the hidden UV light from the spine to read the messages! You can wipe it clean and write more messages, using the codes in the NOV8 missions book or make up your own. The right hand side stores a mobile phone (which is sadly not included) which would be great for accessing the Project Mc2 website or free iOS Case Files app.

In case you lose the bracelet you needn’t worry about being locked out of the journal. There’s another way of opening the A.D.I.S.N. in case you lose it.

The Project Mc2 A.D.I.S.N. Journal costs around £25 which I thought was quite expensive for what was included. However my daughter really loves playing with it. She’s always writing secret notes so has enjoyed writing notes and hiding the journal in her room away from her big brother!

I’ve not heard of Mc2, but this journal looks pretty cool and I’d have loved it as a kid.

This is so cool! I would have loved this as a kid. I can’t wait for my little one to be old enough for things like this.
