My house is filled with two small people and their toys. They love small plastic toys and if they can collect them with their weekly pocket money, even better. The latest toys to launch are Num Noms, scented food-related collectibles which appear in the form of mini lip glosses and motorised characters. My 4 year old was sent a Num Noms Starter Pack to review.

Get ready for the new playground craze this Easter as Num Noms open up a new world of play – with a cupful of cuteness and a spoonful of surprise! Featuring miniature characters inspired by sweet foods and flavours, such as cupcakes and ice cream, the individually scented Num Noms are a recipe for mischief!

The Num Noms Starter Pack (SRP £8.99) includes three Nums and one motorised Nom, plus a spoon and a cup or cone. There is also a Collector’s Menu listing all the different varieties so you can tick them off as you collect them. As well as the Starter Pack you can also buy Num Nom Mystery Blinds Pots and Num Noms Deluxe Packs. Take a look at them in our little video:

Take a Num, the outer, soft, squishy, hollow characters, and nestle it on top of a Nom, the inner, hard-shelled characters that are either motorised to scoot around, or filled with flavoured lip gloss. Pile them high for wacky combos or race them against each other with friends. With over 1,000 mix and match combinations, such as Raspberry Cream, Banana Go-Go or Peachy Choco Gloss, go crazy and collect them all! Collect by flavour, scent, colour, type – the combinations are endless.
