Spent the day dodging the showers in Ventnor, one of my favourite places. It is a small, largely unspoilt Victorian seaside town, full of quirky shops and twisted streets. We stopped for a coffee in this amazing pink building (the only way to describe it), and after a huge lunch at The Spyglass Inn, went for a stroll on the beach. I bought an old drawer of moveable type to clean up and fill with trinkets when we get home.
