Make your own Christmas cards with Nick Jnr.

If your children are big fans of Nick Jnr. and love being crafty then I have a brilliant site to share with you. The Nick Jnr. Card-o-Matic is a free card creator that allows you to create free cards featuring the likes of Peppa Pig, Ben and Holly, Bubble Guppies and Dora the Explorer. You can try out the Card-o-Matic here.

It’s quite simple to use: first you select your card type, then you select your card from three options – create a card, pre-made card or colour-in card. We tried each option and they are all quite similar: you can pick a card and personalise it by adding your name, and the name of the person you are sending the card too. Finally you can preview the card and you have the option to email it, print it or make another.

My toddler had loads of fun with cardomatic. We made a couple of cards, all featuring Peppa Pig as he’s a huge fan, and he had a lovely time colouring them in. They will be perfect to give to family over Christmas. You can currently make Christmas and Birthday cards but you will soon be able to make cards for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Halloween and Father’s Day too.

The Nick Jnr. website is great for little ones and cardomatic is a lovely feature. If you try it with your children I would love to hear what you think!

  67. My daughter loves so many of the characters – I think Dora wins though – and amazingly by 2 years old she has already picked up some Spanish words too.
