Zuka Zama {Lion Guard Talking Bunga Plush review}

My 5 year old love her cuddlies. Every morning she comes downstairs with her favourite cuddly and her muslin. As she’s only 5 she has a lot of soft toys, they seem to rotate on a regular basis.

We recently received one of the new Lion Guard Talking Plush toys from Just Play Flair. Both my children love the Lion Guard. Have you watched it? The Lion Guard is a spin off of the original Lion King, and follows lion cub, Kion, the second-born cub of Simba and Nala, as he takes on the role of leader of the Lion Guard, a team of animals tasked with preserving the Pride Lands and the Circle of Life.

Kids can join The Lion Guard with the new Talking Plush characters two are currently available – Kion and Bunga. These 30cm plush characters feature a light up “Mark of the Guard” arm badge and four phrases that are unique to each character. We received Bunga the honey badger to review which was brilliant as my daughter loves this character best. Bunga is Kion’s best friend, the adoptive nephew of Timon and Pumbaa, and a member of the Lion Guard. His specialty is his bravery.

He’s super soft and cuddly and when you press his special light up badge he talks! The four phrases which he says are: Zuka-Zama, Bunga the Lion Guard is here, It’s un-Bunga-lievable and he makes a fart noise too, which my children found really hilarious.

Kion’s fearsome open mouth pose makes him ready to roar and take on every Pride Land adventure, whilst children can laugh along with the hilarious Talking Plush Bunga.

The Lion Guard Talking Plush from Just Play Flair, costs £24.99. It is available from Flair, Amazon and all good toy shops.
