London cupcakes

Posted on April 21, 2011April 18, 2011 by jenny

I’m excited about the prospect of the Royal Wedding next week. My husband has the day off work and my sister and niece should be coming to stay.

I wanted to make something to commemorate the special day and I am proud to present my London cupcakes.

I’ve used Union flag cupcake cases and my toppers show famous London landmarks, such as Big Ben, a London taxi cab, a London bus and a Foot Guard.

I have to confess I had help with the cupcakes, using the new Betty Crocker chocolate fudge cupcake mix which tasted divine!
