How can it be only tuesday? I am so tired as it’s really busy at work at the moment.
This evening I finally re-potted my basil, coriander and rocket. They looked cute and healthy in my mini greenhouse, but tiny and helpless in their new seed tray home. I wonder if they’ll survive and grow or if I’ll have to pick them and eat them sooner. Not quite the intensive herb farming I was imagining, inspired by Raymond Blanc’s renowned Manoir aux Quatr’ Saisons.
