With children hopefully going back to school next week I’m sure there are lots of anxiety and nerves (from both parents and children!). I know that from speaking to my own children they both have mixed feelings about returning to school after so long. I’m sure it is the right time to go back to school for them and I’m hoping that the last few months will be forgotten as soon as they step through the school gates next week. I have two picture books to giveaway from Trigger Publishing which will help encourage conversation and promote wellness which is so important.
