Before Christmas I told you about itty bittys from Hallmark, they are a collectable plush toy in a huge range of characters which appeal to both children and adults. Each plush measures just 4″ and new characters are always being launched, from recently released films as well as figures from some of the most recognisable and popular film and TV shows.

I loved reading The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and the sequels when I was younger. The story of Dorothy Gale, who is swept away to a magical land in a tornado and embarks on a quest to see the Wizard who can help her return home, has been adapted into a classic film which I’m sure everyone has seen at least once in their lives!

The main characters from the Wizard of Oz range, which include Dorothy, the Tin Man, Scarecrow and Cowardly Lion, all have their own reason for finding the Wizard: Dorothy wants to find her way home, the Tin Man wants a heart, the Scarecrow wants a brain, and the Cowardly Lion wants to be brave.

Considering their itty bitty size there is a great level of detail in the plush versions. The Tin Man has his heart.

And Dorothy has her fantastic, sparkly red shoes which help her find her way home.

Itty bitty’s are the perfect size for little hands and great for squeezing into pockets or backpacks for weekends away.
