Win a bundle of Mr Kipling reduced sugar slices

Win a bundle of Mr Kipling reduced sugar slices

Posted on July 24, 2019 by jenny

Now that our summer holidays have started I’m on a mission to keep my children fed and hydrated – especially in this warm weather. I pride myself on keeping a pretty full food cupboard but sometimes it can be hard to provide healthy snacks that my children will eat.

Thankfully Mr Kipling have come to the rescue as they have recently launched new slices with Exceedingly Less Sugar. Yes you read that right, our tea-time favourites now have 30% less sugar. What’s more the Angel Slice and Chocolate Slice are only 100 calories per slice.

Mr Kipling reduced sugar Chocolate Slice

We were delighted to receive our very own bundle of Mr Kipling treats so we could try them. We had a busy day yesterday but I made sue we had a plate of Angel and Chocolate Slices to enjoy when we got home. I’ve packed a few cheeky Chocolate Slices in lunch boxes before as the individual portions are so handy, so I wondered if the children would be able to tell the difference.

Mr Kipling reduced sugar Angel Slice

Thankfully, the children couldn’t tell that their favourite treats were now healthier and wolfed them down. My husband and I tried them too and they have the same flavour and yummy cakey-ness as before. This totally helps me to carry on justifying our tasty tea-time treats! Everyone loves the chance to enjoy a treat but us mums are always on the lookout for reduced sugar versions to protect our children’s teeth and tummies. I’ll definitely be packing these for our next Summer holiday adventure.

Win a bundle of Mr Kipling reduced sugar slices

One lucky person can sample these delicious treats and win a bundle of Mr Kipling reduced sugar slices for themselves. To enter my giveaway you must answer the question via the Rafflecopter widget below, there are some bonus entries too. The giveaway is open to those with a UK postal address only and ends on 7th August. The winners name will appear on this post. Good luck!
